We want you and your pup to be 100% happy with Canimello! We know that every dog has their own taste, which is why we proudly offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If your pup doesn't love the chews, you can return your first opened jar within 30 days of receiving your order.
(Please note: If you purchased multiple jars, any additional jars must be unopened and in their original condition to be eligible for a full refund).

We offer an easy self-serve return process! Simply log in to your Customer Account to request your return automatically.
Once you submit your request, we will review it and send you an email with the shipping instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will process your refund. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
