Shipping policy
Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within (1 to 3) business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification with a tracking number when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates and Carrier: We use DHL to deliver your Canimello orders safely and efficiently. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your package. Please note that the customer is responsible for the shipping costs of their order.
Domestic Shipping: Currently, we only ship within the United States, including P.O. Boxes.
How do I check the status of my order? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
